Leap Kit will help you transform your notes and sketches into a plan that you can execute during the weeks and months after the retreat.

The Schedule

Day 1

Kick off + Wayfinding (10am - 1pm CST)

Meet your cohort, get started developing your personal brand, and clarify the sweet spots where your passions and skills intersect with needs in the world. We'll lay out the road map of the week's challenges and set our cadence for group and individual coaching.

Day 2-3

Resume and LinkedIn Challenge (Small group coaching)

Troubleshoot and supercharge these core career assets to align with your personal brand and goals. The challenge kicks off on Day 2 with a small group coaching session, and guided feedback in peer groups on Day 3.

Day 4-6

Personal Website Challenge (Small group coaching)

It's 2020. You need one. You'll receive tools to get started in less than an hour and receive guided feedback from coaches and in peer groups.

Day 7

Design a Leap

The foundation is now in place, and it's time to make some moves. By day 6, you'll have made serious investment in your professional story, expanded your comfort zone, and made peer connections. This day is all about putting the story together and committing to action.

Day 8

Prepare to Launch (10am - 12pm CST)

We'll close our time together sharing out progress, crowdsourcing ideas and leads for next steps, and facilitating connections for continued learning and support from peers.

Where is Career Leaps happening?

On Day 1, we’ll gather online to kick off our time and challenge together. Participants will work in small groups and receive coaching and supportive content throughout the week. On the final day, we’ll come back together to share out progress, tap the power of the community for feedback and connections, and commit to next steps.

Aaron is the son of an architect and a middle school teacher. Drawing on those roots, he's worked for 25 years at the intersection of Design & Learning, in a variety of roles - Program Design, Facilitation, Curriculum Writing, and Project Management.

Megan is a Strategist and Sr. Facilitator at Experience Institute. Over the past 10 years, she has designed and led courses in leadership, innovation, and business development for hundreds of founders, teams, and nonprofit leaders around the world with Acumen, Points of Light, and REDF.
